Starting something new can be challenging, even terrifying. We often limit our capabilities and our goals because we convince ourselves that we need to feel ready before we begin

We have all been there. Long nights and early mornings, skipping our lunch breaks, missing family events, and losing time for the things we are passionate about. Exhaustion can feel like proof that we are doing enough.

I have thought about whether fear of failure is really about failing at all. If no one else knew we failed, would it bother us as much? Are we afraid of being judged or rejected? Or are we afraid of proving our own self-doubts right?

We have access to more information than ever before, yet many of us are hearing fewer perspectives than we realize. As our conversations become more familiar, our understanding of one another can quietly begin to shrink. How can curiosity lead to more humanity?

When I hear the word networking, I don't think about business cards or LinkedIn requests anymore. I think about conversations. The best ones rarely feel like networking at all.

The more I thought about personal branding, the more something didn't make sense. If our brand is built online, why do we decide whether we trust someone within the first few minutes of meeting them?
